ENERGY AUDIT

Energy has the highest potential for cost reduction, and thus the energy audit becomes a crucial exercise.  There can be three types of energy audits.  A walk-through energy audits (level I ASHRAE energy audit), target energy audits (level II ASHRAE energy audit), and detailed energy audits (level III ASHRAE energy audit).  Througout hundreds of energy audit, Opnor has developped a streamlined cost effective approach to do level I, II or a full scale level III energy audit.

ENERGY & SUSTAINABILITY SERVICES

Effective Decarbonization

The Effective Decarbonization audit is a sustainable audit performed by experts evaluating your organization’s direct emissions from sources owned and controlled. The Decarbonization audit identifies the opportunities which will have significant impact to the site decarbonization and a Roadmap to implement it including governance requirement to reach and maintain sustainable goals

ECOSUITE – ENERGY EFFICIENCY SOLUTIONS

Over hundreds of audit and energy efficiency projects implementation, Opnor has developped the EcoSuite Solutions which is the most comprehensive energy management and optimization solution for the large industry based on ISO-50001 Standard. It includes all the required steps to move from where you are to implement energy management in real time. Enable process optimization, energy optimization using new AI technology and learning rules.

ECOMAP – ENERGY MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS (EMIS)

Opnor offers the EcoMap solution which is an Energy Management Information System (EMIS) for the large industry design for “making energy visible”.  It is part of the EcoSuite Energy Management System and is used to better “see” site energy consumption, sets standard for where their consumption should be and to manage and drive energy savings results.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

OPNOR helps organizations to implement energy management systems based on ISO 50001 by providing services from the initial business case justification to implementation and certification of the energy management systems

Power Generation

Unfortunately, the generation of electricity in a thermal power station is a very inefficient process and large amounts of energy are inevitably wasted in the form of heat energy. … This means that about 62% of the energy released by the burning of the fossil fuel is wasted.

See how Opnor can help your operations to improve your energy efficency in line with your sustainabilty goals.

Pulp & Paper industry is an energy intensive industry. The consumption of steam and electricity per tonne of paper production is about 11-15 tonne and 1,500-1,700 kWh. The average specific energy is placed at 52 GJ per tonne of paper.

  Pulp & Paper

Manufacturing

Manufacturing industries use fossil fuels and renewable energy sources for: Heat in industrial processes and space heating in buildings. Boiler fuel to generate steam or hot water for process heating and generating electricity. Feedstocks (raw materials) to make products such as plastics, chemicals and transform products.

See how Opnor can help your operations to improve your energy efficency in line with your sustainabilty goals.

In 2020, wood and wood waste accounted for about 5.5% of industrial end-use energy consumption and 4.4% of total industrial energy consumption.  Thermal and electrical energy is used to prepare, process, dry ans finish panelboard and lumber wood products.  There is significant opportunities to reduce the energy consumption of the operations.
